There are activities that can be conditioned by the mobility and that relate to the interactions and social relations, education, employment, money management and community and social life and can influence the active participation of any person as a full member of society.
This app allows you to evaluate your Activities and Participation Profile related to mobility in a quick and easy way using a simple survey. This survey is composed by a list of day-to-day activities, to which you will grade the difficulty you feel while doing them. At the end you will be shown an indicative result of your Activities and Participation Profile.
The Quick Fall Risk Screening App was developed in the scope of the FallSensing project, which aims to create technological solutions that allow fall risk evaluation in adult population, and implement fall prevention plans which contribute to healthy and active ageing.
